G. C. Winters & Associates specializes in the running of large-scale
retrofit projects. We are professional and, most importantly, tenant
friendly; in fact the majority of our projects are occupied properties.
Unlike new construction in which the end result is the same, retrofits have
families living there and established landscaping. The way we approach and
achieve our finished project is not the same. It is our goal to not only do
the best quality and safest work, but to also minimize any family or tenant
inconvenience. Over the years G. C. Winters & Associates has implemented
special daily procedures for these types of jobs that work very well for our
customers. Safety and rigorous daily clean-up is probably one of our biggest
concerns throughout our projects. At days end, there should be no indication
of our presence other than the completed work for that day. All materials,
highlifts and unused equipment are to be returned daily to our designated
fenced in staging area. Our staging area is also our workers designated area
during break and lunch times complete with our supplied bathroom facilities.
It is our goal to provide you with on-time, professional service every day of
the week and we don't settle for less!

Because we buy most of our materials in truckloads directly from the
manufacturers, in most instances, the upgraded materials that we provide all
our customers won't cost you, the customer, any more or many times not as
much as our competitors standard thinner builders grade materials.

Our expertise includes the design, construction and management of multi-housing unit community and leasing centers, as well as clubhouses with pools. Working directly with local and state agencies, from preliminary design until project completion, from roof construction to your complete interior/exterior package, G.C. Winters & Associates will provide any phase for your custom project. Design build or turnkey projects are our specialty. Several completed clubhouse projects we provide our services include: Seneca Bay Apartments, Eagle Walk Apartments and Carlisle Station Apartments.
